At Bürglen station, SBB Immobilien is looking for an attractive sales or service concept for the rental space of approx. 28 m2 on the ground floor, starting March 2027.

Use as a snack bar is excluded due to technical conditions (no kitchen exhaust possible).

Bürgen station has a daily train frequency of an average of around 830 passengers and is of particular importance to commuters, the population, and surrounding neighborhoods.

The rental model basically provides for a percentage share of the rent-liable turnover in combination with a fixed defined minimum rent in CHF per year.

Calculation example: Expected turnover CHF 375’000, 8% turnover rent = CHF 30'000 turnover rent and 80% of that as minimum rent = 24’000 CHF. The minimum rent only applies if it exceeds the annual turnover rent.

Depending on the concept, we also accept a fixed rent instead of the turnover rent model.
