Room in a shared flat

Je déménage le 15 décembre 2026 et je cherche donc quelqu’un pour reprendre ma chambre à partir du 15 décembre ou plus tard.
Le loyer est de 420 CHF par mois (+ env. 20 CHF tous les trois mois pour l’électricité). L’appartement est très bien situé (Route du Varis) : à pied, il se trouve à environ 10 minutes de la gare, 5 minutes du centre-ville avec tous ses commerces et supermarchés, et 3 minutes du campus Miséricorde. Le campus Pérolles est à environ 10-15 minutes en bus ou à vélo.
La chambre est grande et très lumineuse. L’appartement dispose de deux WC, d’une salle de bain avec douche et d’une cuisine entièrement équipée.
La chambre peut être louée uniquement à un(e) étudiant(e), car il s’agit d’un logement étudiant (organisation : Apartis).
Les deux autres colocataires (une étudiante en droit et un doctorant en philosophie) sont super sympas, ouverts et toujours très arrangeants !

I’m moving out on December 15, 2026, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room from December 15 or later.
The rent is CHF 420 per month (+ approx. CHF 20 every three months for electricity). The flat is very centrally located (Route du Varis): only about a 10-minute walk from the train station, 5 minutes from the city centre with all its shops and supermarkets, and 3 minutes from the Miséricorde campus. The Pérolles campus is about 10–15 minutes away by bus or bike.
The room is large and very bright. The flat has two toilets, a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen.
The room can only be rented to a student, as it’s student housing (organisation: Apartis).
The two other flatmates (a law student and a philosophy PhD student) are super nice, open and always very accommodating!

Ich ziehe zum 15. Dezember 2026 aus und suche daher jemand, der mein Zimmer ab dem 15. Dezember oder später.
Die Miete beträgt 420 CHF pro Monat (+ ca. 20 CHF alle drei Monate für Elektrizitätskosten). Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen (Route du Varis), zu Fuß nur ca. 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof, 5 Minuten von der Innenstadt mit sämtlichen Geschäften und Supermärkten und 3 Minuten vom Campus Miséricorde entfernt. Bis zum Campus Pérolles sind es ca. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad.
Das Zimmer ist groß und sehr hell. Es gibt zwei WCs, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und eine voll ausgestattete Küche in der Wohnung.
Das Zimmer darf ausschließlich an eine(n) Studentin/ Studenten vermietet werden, da es sich um ein Studentenwohnheim handelt (Organisation: Apartis).
Die beiden anderen MitbewohnerInnen (eine Jusstudentin und Philosophiedoktorant) sind super nett, offen und immer sehr entgegenkommend!
