Apartments Switzerland publishes information gathered from users, from public sources and from our own editorial work. We check what we can, but we cannot guarantee that any page is accurate, complete or current. Treat it as a starting point, not the last word.

Content submitted by others and the sites we link to are their authors' responsibility, not ours. Nothing listed here is an offer from us, and a link is not an endorsement.

A few rules protect you from the scams that target people looking for a home:

  • never pay a deposit, a reservation fee or the first rent before you have seen the property and signed a contract
  • be wary of a price well below the market, a landlord abroad who cannot show the place, or a request to pay through a money transfer service
  • report a suspicious listing through the contact form; confirmed scams are removed

Links lead to sites we do not control. Their content, privacy practices and terms are theirs. Check them before you rely on them.

To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of this site. The Terms of Service say more.
