SPECIAL RENT OFFER (Cat-Sitting Option):

• CHF 2000 / month: If you are happy to share the apartment with my friendly, fluffy blue-eyed cat and take care of daily feeding and the litter box while I am away (all cat food, litter, and supplies are fully provided).
• CHF 2700 / month: Regular rent if you prefer the apartment without the cat (I will arrange external boarding).
