Room in a shared flat

I (f, 37) am going travelling for three months and am looking for an uncomplicated female or male subtenant for my furnished room (approx. 12 m²) in a quiet purpose-built shared apartment (Zweck-WG) for this period.
The room is bright and quiet, furnished with a bed, bedding, wardrobe, shelf and television – so you do not need to bring much luggage. My flatmate (m, 40) works a lot and appreciates peace and quiet at home; you encounter each other friendly in the hallway or in the kitchen, without interfering with one another. Our cat is also part of this, who mostly sleeps in his room anyway – every now and then you should be prepared to feed him, as my flatmate will probably also be away for a few weeks in January.
