L'appartamento L'appartamento si trova nel quartiere Nidfeld a Kriens e si trova al 4° piano di un nuovo edificio del 2025. È grande 73.2 m², molto moderno e dotato di finiture di alta qualità. C'è parquet in rovere, una cucina aperta con elettrodomestici moderni e lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice private, riscaldamento a pavimento, ventilazione dell'appartamento, grandi finestre con triplo vetro e un loggiato. Poiché l'appartamento è completamente nuovo e non arredato, possiamo arredarlo e decorarlo insieme. Chi cerco Non sono particolarmente severo. Per me è importante solo che tu non fumi e che teniamo puliti gli spazi comuni. Sarebbe bello se andassimo d'accordo, potessimo parlare occasionalmente o bere un caffè insieme. My English is very good, while my German is still quite poor. The apartment The apartment is located in the Nidfeld neighbourhood in Kriens, on the 4th floor of a newly built building from 2025. It is 73.2 m², brand new, modern and finished to a high standard. It has oak parquet flooring, an open kitchen with modern appliances and dishwasher, a private washing machine and dryer, underfloor heating, apartment ventilation, large triple-glazed windows and a loggia. As the apartment is completely new and unfurnished, we can furnish and decorate it together. Who I’m looking for I’m not very strict. The main things are that you don’t smoke and that we keep the shared areas clean together. It would be nice if we get along well, occasionally chat or have a coffee together, while still respecting each other’s privacy and quiet time. Move-in from October 2026.
