German About me Hello, I am Boyi. I completed my PhD in Japan and was afterwards active as a postdoc in Germany. From October, I will work as an engineer in the Lucerne region. Since it is very difficult to find an apartment in Switzerland from abroad, I was very happy to get a modern 3.5-room apartment in Kriens. Now I am looking for a female or male flatmate to share the apartment and the rent. Applications are therefore also very welcome if you are not currently in Lucerne or in Switzerland. I do not smoke, do not throw parties and have no pets. I like a quiet and relaxed living atmosphere. In my free time, I like to ride a bicycle, play badminton and take photographs. My English is very good, my German unfortunately not yet. The apartment The apartment is located in the Nidfeldquartier in Kriens and is on the 4th floor of a new building from 2025. It is 73.2 m² large, very modern and equipped with high-quality fittings. There is oak parquet, an open kitchen with modern appliances and dishwasher, own washing machine and tumbler, underfloor heating, apartment ventilation, large triple-glazed windows as well as a loggia. Since the apartment is completely new and unfurnished, we can furnish and design it together. Who I am looking for I am not particularly strict. It is only important to me that you do not smoke and that we keep the common rooms clean. It would be nice if we get along well, can occasionally talk to each other or drink a coffee together. It has oak parquet flooring, an open kitchen with modern appliances and dishwasher, a private washing machine and dryer, underfloor heating, apartment ventilation, large triple-glazed windows and a loggia. As the apartment is completely new and unfurnished, we can furnish and decorate it together. Who I’m looking for I’m not very strict. The main things are that you don’t smoke and that we keep the shared areas clean together. It would be nice if we get along well, occasionally chat or have a coffee together, while still respecting each other’s privacy and quiet time. Move-in from October 2026.
