I'm leaving Lausanne for a job abroad and am looking for someone to take over the lease of my furnished 5th-floor apartment at Passage Belle-Rose 3, 1005 Lausanne.
I love this apartment and I'm sad to leave it. It has been a serene base at the heart of this very special city: close to the park and the shops, well connected to EPFL and, through the train station, to the rest of Switzerland. It was clearly designed with care by someone who wanted it to be a special place to live. Nothing generic here: high-quality furniture, including several family heirloom pieces, and appliances hidden away in the cabinetry. The building is quiet and the neighbors are lovely.

• 60 m², fully furnished and equipped (dishes, kitchenware, linens)
• Bright living room with a view of the lake and the Alps
• Open, fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge)
• Main bedroom with a large wardrobe and access to the balcony
• Second bedroom with a loft bed, and a wardrobe with a washer-dryer and a sink
• Bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower, separate toilet with a washbasin

Rent: CHF 2,600 + CHF 200 charges = CHF 2,800/month. Electricity and internet extra.

Available: from October 15 or November 1, 2026.
Lease: taken over on the same terms, until July 31, 2027, then renewable yearly. Maximum 2 adults (possibly with 2 children).
Location: right in the center of Lausanne, but tucked away on a quiet passage (no bar noise).

• 2 minutes from the Georgette stop (buses 1, 2, 4, 8, 9, 25 and night buses N1, N2, N3, N4, N6): bus 1 goes all the way to EPFL, bus 2 down to the lake
• Benjamin-Constant stop (bus 13), also 2 minutes away
• 5-minute walk to the m2 metro (Bessières), 11 minutes to Flon (m1, m2) and to the train station
• Several Coop supermarkets under 5 minutes away, Mon-Repos park right there, restaurants, bars and shops a few minutes away

The landlord asks for: ID, residence permit, last 3 payslips and a debt-collection extract (extrait des poursuites).

Je quitte Lausanne pour un poste à l'étranger et cherche quelqu'un pour reprendre le bail de mon appartement meublé au 5e étage, Passage Belle-Rose 3, 1005 Lausanne.
J'adore cet appartement et je suis triste de le quitter. Il a été pour moi un refuge serein au coeur de cette ville si particulière : tout près du parc et des commerces, très bien relié à l'EPFL et, grâce à la gare, au reste de la Suisse. On sent qu'il a été pensé avec soin par quelqu'un qui voulait que ses occupants s'y sentent bien. Rien de générique : un mobilier de grande qualité, dont plusieurs pièces de famille, et des appareils intégrés discrètement dans les armoires. L'immeuble est calme et les voisins sont adorables.
