Because we are temporarily living outside of Zurich for career reasons, we are looking for someone who values living space and a unique, discounted rent arrangement and is comfortable with sharing. **The Sharing Arrangement** We wish to keep this apartment as our Zurich base for occasional visits (up to 30 days per year). * Flexible sharing split and rent: Depending on the final sharing agreement, your share can range between **85% and 93%** of the total rent.
