J'habite actuellement dans un appartement lumineux et spacieux de 90 m² (deux chambres, un salon spacieux, un bureau et une cuisine) au Hönggerberg (Kreis 10) avec une vue magnifique sur Zurich. Comme l'appartement est trop grand pour moi seule, je souhaiterais l'échanger contre un appartement plus petit, idéalement de 1 à 2 pièces, de préférence à Wipkingen, Zurich, ou dans un endroit bien desservi. Emplacement : L'appartement est situé dans une rue calme au Hönggerberg (Kreis 10) avec vue sur Zurich et à proximité de zones forestières pour la détente. Migros, Alnatura et les transports publics sont à seulement quelques minutes à pied. Parfait pour profiter de la vie citadine tout en passant des soirées relaxantes. Appartement : Les grandes fenêtres assurent un appartement baigné de lumière. La cuisine, le salon, le couloir et le bureau sont très spacieux. Une pièce de rangement se trouve à la cave. Une machine à laver avec planning de lavage et un local de séchage se trouvent au sous-sol. Ce que je recherche : Je recherche un appartement plus petit (1–2 pièces) qui correspond mieux à mes besoins, de préférence à Zurich, avec de bonnes connexions ou à proximité de Wipkingen. Coûts : L'appartement actuel coûte 2,525 CHF charges comprises, incluant tous les frais accessoires. I currently live in a bright and spacious 90 m² apartment (two bedrooms, a spacious living room, office, and kitchen) in Hönggerberg (District 10), with a fantastic view of Zurich. Since the apartment is too big for me alone, I would like to exchange it for a smaller one, ideally 1–2 rooms, preferably in Wipkingen, Zurich, or a well-connected location. Location: The apartment is situated on a quiet side street in Hönggerberg (District 10), with a view of Zurich and close to forested areas for recreation. Migros, Alnatura, and public transport are just a few minutes‘ walk away. It’s perfect for enjoying city life while also spending relaxed evenings at home. The Apartment: Large windows ensure that the apartment is filled with natural light. The kitchen, living room, hallway, and office are all very spacious. The cellar has a storage room. A washing machine with a laundry schedule and a drying room are located in the basement. What I’m Looking For: I’m seeking a smaller apartment (1–2 rooms) that better suits my needs, preferably in Zurich with good transport connections or in the Wipkingen area.
