Room in a shared flat

The bright room offers enough space to feel at home and to furnish cozily according to your ideas. The apartment is located in a quiet 30 km/h zone and is only a 3-minute walk from the Uster train station.

The shared apartment (WG) offers everything one needs for relaxed living:

Sunny terrace
Large, communally used garden
Bathroom and separate WC
Additional studio/hobby room
Quiet and yet central location

I am Deborah, 26 years old, open and uncomplicated. Also with me are my female dog Luna, 10 years old, and my cat Rio, 1 year old. We like being on the go but also enjoy the peace. The WG is located in an apartment building that maintains a familial interaction with one another.

We wish for an open-minded, reliable, and tidy female flatmate who:

Takes consideration into account for living together
Participates actively in the WG daily life
Values cleanliness
Has no problem with pet hair

A respectful and relaxed interaction with one another is more important to us than a Zweck-WG (a shared flat solely for functional purposes).
