Exchange great 3-room apartment opposite Letzibadi/near Hubertus for a larger apartment for our small family :) What our apartment has to offer: \- large bedroom \- smaller room (e.g., children's room, office, small bedroom) \- large living room with balcony \- modern, large kitchen \- modern bathroom with bathtub and window -> The big plus: The already very inexpensive rent will decrease even further at the beginning of 2026! What we are looking for: \- larger apartment from 4 rooms \- quiet but central location (ideally Albisrieden due to daycare spot, Altstetten near Letzigrund or Wiedikon near Friedhof Sihlfeld/Albisriederplatz) \- balcony is a must, garden or terrace would be a highlight
