Room in a shared flat

The room is bright, 10 m2 in size, costs 550 Fr. / month (incl. utilities and electricity) and has a spacious built-in wardrobe. The large kitchen and the cozy balcony serve as a meeting point, as there is no living room. A cellar compartment is also available; washing machine, tumble dryer, and drying room are uncomplicated to use together.

The 3-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor very centrally in the popular Länggassquartier, only 2 minutes' walk to the nearest bus station (Mittelstrasse), and in 2-5 minutes' walk you are at the nearest shopping possibility. On foot, you can reach the train station, the Uni, the Inselspital, or the Bremgartenwald (for jogging enthusiasts :D) in 10-15 minutes.

What is important to us: To live in a shared flat that is a home for all of us, where we meet each other with appreciation and always communicate openly. This also includes active participation in the chores (Ämtli), so that our home is always nice, clean, and tidy. We are looking for a person our age (>24) who likes to participate actively in shared flat life and does not smoke.

We are: Vincent (24) and Vanessa (30), both employed in research and architecture. We appreciate cozy sitting together with good conversations and mostly cook delicious vegetarian dishes together. In summer, we are frequently found at the Aare, at the Gelateria die Berna, or having a cozy coffee or apéro in the city.

We are very much looking forward to your message - write a few lines about yourself: 1. what you do, 2. what occupies you, 3. and what is important to you in living together. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
