Room in a shared flat

The shared flat room is intended for weekly residents (Monday-Friday). By arrangement, I am renting out a room of approx. 10m2 for 640.- Fr/month (incl. utilities). The 4.5 room apartment is located on the fourth floor. It was completely renovated in spring 2016. The apartment is centrally located in a quiet quarter. The bright living/dining area is cozily furnished and has an adjacent balcony. The kitchen has everything one needs. Sufficient storage space is also available in the cellar. The apartment is located 2 minutes walking distance from the Hochschule Technik und Architektur. It is 5 minutes to the train station (9 min. to Luzern) and 2 minutes to the bus stop. By bicycle, one is in the middle of the city of Luzern in 20 min. Shopping facilities (e.g. Pilatusmarkt) are also located nearby, as is the village center. The lake is 5 min. away, as is the nearby greenery. Pets are not allowed and as a non-smoker, it fits better in the WG :)
