4 ½ room apartment

Due to upcoming professional changes, I am fully handing over my modern 4.5-room apartment, which was only recently occupied.

The apartment impresses with a generous room layout and modern amenities. The large master bedroom features an directly connected bathroom with WC and shower. Additionally, there is a second bedroom as well as another bathroom with a large bathtub. A separate utility room with its own washing machine and dryer provides additional comfort.

However, a requirement for taking over the apartment is that around 80 % of the existing furniture must be taken over. The entire furnishing was newly purchased only about two months ago and is therefore in flawless, like-new condition.
