Room in a shared flat

Hey:)
I am Gwyn (22) and I study in Luzern. I am looking for two female roommates to start a new shared apartment together. In my free time, I like going for walks, watching movies, I am fully into pop culture, and I like being out on skis in the winter.
The apartment is 73m2 in size, was renovated in 2022 and has underfloor heating, its own laundry tower (washing machine & tumble dryer) in the apartment, and a bicycle room. It is only 850 meters to the Uni.
The two rooms are available from 22.22. and cost 990 CHF each:
22m2 room
22,6m2 room with balcony
Since it is a new formation, we would still have to furnish and purchase the common rooms (kitchen, dining table etc.) together.
I am not looking for a Zweck-WG (a shared flat for purely functional purposes), but rather roommates with whom one gets along well and also does something together sometimes. Since a certain level of order and cleanliness is important to me, this should also be important to you.
