The apartment offers a super view of Baden and the vineyards thanks to a huge terrace (which belongs only to you😎), is centrally yet quietly located, only a few meters from the river and has plenty of storage space (large Réduit with its own washing machine and an attic compartment).

The apartment is sublet furnished - I would like to leave most things including posters, plants or the books in the apartment as they are, but I am basically very flexible and would just need a little space in the attic or Réduit for the boxes with my things.
