Cozy 3.5 room apartment in Schmiede Wiedikon (very central) for temporary fully-furnished, all-in rent from approximately Sept 6 – Oct 21 (45 days) when I will be on a business trip. Dates are flexible and bit – we can discuss. Perfect for a single person or a couple. After choosing the subtenant we will make an official form with Livit the landlord (should not be an issue). I would take a 1 month deposit with full intention to return. There are lots of great things about the flat! It is very bright, overlooking a park. – Living room to hangout in, all equipment to have a dinner party, also to watch movies with a projector and speaker system. – Office / third room to work in (full office set up) with a pull out couch + workout mat – Bedroom with lots of storage space, double bed – Fully renovated kitchen and bathroom – Balconies with a grill What comes with it – Fully furnished — beds, sofas, tables, everything – Bed linen and towels — fresh set on arrival – Full kitchen — oven, hob, pots, pans, knives, crockery – Laundry — shared machines in the building, paid by code and covered in the price – Cleaner every two weeks — 2 to 3 hours, included – WiFi and utilities — included, nothing to set up – Desk setup — external monitor, printer, good chair – Projector — for films on the sliding panel – Record player and vinyl — plus speakers – Gas grill — on the balcony, gas included – Yoga mat and kettlebell — floor space to use them – A neighbour on hand — my friend Anya is nearby and happy to help Rules – House rules — No smoking inside, balconies are fine. – Water the plants twice a week. – Generally neighbors prefer quiet but its ok I have lived here on my own for five years and I am away on a work trip for six weeks. Everything stays exactly as it is. You need a suitcase and nothing else. It is a real flat rather than a serviced apartment, which mostly means it is nicer, better equipped and considerably cheaper than the alternatives. 2nd floor, corner position with a great view, sun on the balconies for most of the day.
