Room in a shared flat

The room is located in a large 5.5 room apartment in which we feel very comfortable - we hope you will too soon :)

The apartment features a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as 2 bathrooms. For visitors, we also have a guest room, which otherwise serves as an office/laundry room. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately without a lift, but with a beautiful view instead. Additionally, we have a cellar compartment incl. shared washing machine and tumble dryer. We also have a balcony.
The apartment is fully furnished and we share all the furnishings. Your room is unfurnished, so you are welcome to furnish it to your taste.

Nils and Andres both work at the Kantonsspital. Although we are relatively busy due to work and leisure stress, this is certainly not a Zweck-WG (a shared flat purely for convenience). Most of the time we chat when we run into each other, enjoy cooking/eating together sometimes, play something, and undertake one shared flat activity or another. We would be happy if you also like to get involved in the WG. It would be nice if you were around our age. 25-35 as a range :)

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the St. Fiden station, from which you can quickly get in all directions via S-Bahn. The bus stop is also only about 5 minutes away. Buses run every few minutes towards the center, which you can reach in about 20 minutes. You can also reach the center on foot in 20-25 minutes. The path through the Stadtpark is very pleasant. The highway access is also not far. Groceries, restaurants, bakeries, etc. are also within walking distance.

Regarding the move-in date, we have some flexibility. If necessary, our guest room can cushion the transition a bit :)
