Room in a shared flat

Available from mid-November by arrangement. The room is cozy and 10.5m^2 in size. The 5 1/2 room apartment features two bathrooms, a spacious, cozy living room equipped with a projector, an open kitchen, and a terrace with a view of the mountains. In addition, there is a private cellar compartment, a parking space for a bicycle, a laundry room, and a drying room for all residential parties.

The monthly rent is CHF 450 and includes most of the ancillary costs (Internet, Serafe, shared flat liability insurance, etc.).
The train station can be reached by bicycle in 5min, or on foot in 10-15min, and both the shopping center and the university of applied sciences are on the way. The nearest bus stops towards the train station are reachable on foot in 1-2min.

From November, we are looking for a new member for our 4-person shared flat, preferably around our age with an open-minded, sympathetic, and uncomplicated character, who does not avoid life in the shared flat and has no aversion to cleanliness. We do not see ourselves as a Zweck-WG (flatshare for convenience only). Both togetherness as well as respecting personal space is important to us. It is also important to us that you can imagine a long-term future in the shared flat, which is why we are looking for a person who wants to stay long-term.

We, Tobias (32 J.), Emanuele (31 J.) and Sarah (25 J.), have already been living together for several years and are all in studies.
