Room in a shared flat

Since I am moving away from St. Gallen, my room in our cozy shared flat is becoming available. The room is nearly 20 m² in size, well-laid out, and very bright. Most of the furniture (bed, table, wardrobe, armchair, etc.) can be taken over, but this is of course not a must. The kitchen with a dining table offers plenty of space for cooking and eating together; the living room is generously laid out. Additionally, the house has a laundry room.

The apartment is centrally located: the city center is reachable in approx. 10 minutes on foot. Shopping facilities such as Migros and Denner are approx. 5 minutes away, and the University of St. Gallen is reachable in approx. 10 minutes walking.

The two flatmates are Joelle (25) and Ludwig (42).

Joelle is studying Architecture in her Master's. On the side, she works in an office in Zürich. She enjoys meeting friends, goes bouldering, or takes excursions into nature. She also likes photography and drawing.

Ludwig is an environmental engineer and has been working in St. Gallen since May. He enjoys being in nature, rides a motorcycle, is tech-savvy, and likes electronic music.

We are looking for an open-minded person who wants a relaxed and friendly shared flat life. It is important that we get along well and can create a pleasant shared flat atmosphere. If the opportunity arises, we eat together sometimes, drink a beer, or chat in the kitchen. In everyday life, everyone also likes to do their own thing and has their own rhythm. We value open communication and look forward to if you would like to get to know us and our apartment. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who is willing to take over the main tenancy if possible. The move-in date would be 01.02.27 or by arrangement.

Ludwig is an environmental engineer and has been working in St. Gallen since May. He enjoys spending time outdoors, going motorcycling, and listening to electronic music.

We are looking for an open-minded flatmate who is up for a relaxed and friendly shared living experience. For us, the most important thing is that the vibe is good and that we can create a warm, easygoing atmosphere together in the flat. From time to time, we enjoy sharing a meal, having a beer, or simply hanging out and chatting. At the same time, everyone has their own rhythm, and it’s just as normal to do your own thing and have some quiet time.
