Room in a shared flat

The room is 7 m² in size. It is bright and sunny. The apartment has 3 rooms and a small balcony. It was renovated in 2022.

I am looking for someone between the ages of 25 and 35. My new flatmate should maintain open communication. I am looking for someone who enjoys spending time together, likes going on excursions into nature and doing sports together, but also appreciates the balance between community and retreat. Cleanliness in the kitchen is important to me.
If you feel addressed, feel free to tell me a little about yourself – I look forward to your message.

I am 30 years old and work as a structural draughtsman.
In my free time, I train in the gym, so that I am not at home from all day until evening during the week. In summer, I like to go to the Greifensee to read a book and swim. At the weekend, I go cycling or go hiking.
