We are looking for a successor tenant for our spacious 4.5 room apartment directly at the corner of Ergolz and Orisbach.

A parking space in the underground garage can be rented additionally for 140.- / month.

We rented the apartment as the first occupants and it possesses excellent and modern equipment:

We have installed a cat door in the balcony door to the terrace. This could be taken over for a small amount (new value approx. 3'000.-)
