Room in a shared flat

We are a 5-person WG that is looking for a new WG member due to the move-out of a roommate.
Available is the room as of 2. November or 26. November and this is a temporary living option with a fixed move-out date on 32. March 2027, as the house is unfortunately being demolished to make room for a new building. However, it remains completely intact.
WG life with us is quite relaxed and we meet spontaneously during the week or on the weekend for a beer/coffee on our terrace or in the garden. Arising tasks in the house are distributed during occasional WG meetings. A cat also lives in our household, which likes to come by for cuddles when it is not out on adventures. Because of our cat, we unfortunately cannot take any more cats or dogs into our household.
The house is large, has plenty of communal space and is well-equipped. The address is reachable in 20 minutes on foot from Bahnhof Uster; by bike or bus, it is of course even faster ;-)
In the immediate vicinity, there is also a gas station including a Migrolino, which is open daily until 23:45. Although we are not far from the center, the surroundings of the house are very quiet and close to forests and meadows.
The house also features, among other things, a laundry room in the basement with a washing machine and tumbler, which is additionally equipped with a bathroom (WC and shower). Additionally, there are two included parking spaces in front of the house and a garage, which is currently mainly used as a storage room and workshop.
The free room on the 2. OG is equipped with a built-in wardrobe (also features white-painted doors, which are not shown in the photo) and additionally the bed (incl. new mattress) can be taken over for free. There is Wifi in the room and alternatively, internet can also be obtained via cable. Furthermore, the walls have been freshly painted since the photo at the beginning of October. Cabinets directly in front of the room can also be used and there is also enough space in the house if additional storage space is needed. Without the wardrobe, the usable area amounts to approx. 22m² and the room also has access to a balcony, which is shared with the room of another roommate.
