(If I have marked you as "interested" and you can also imagine an exchange, see below) Grosse central old building apartment in Kreis 6, directly near ETH / Universitätspital. On the 3rd floor with parquet, ceilings with stucco, kitchen with dishwasher, one balcony as well as a large roof terrace for shared use. The rental price of 3500.- already includes the service charges. The remaining house residents are very nice and an uncomplicated, respectful interaction is maintained. I feel very comfortable here, but after 7 years I feel like a change of scenery - therefore I am interested in either an apartment for myself (from 2.5 rooms, 55sqm up to approx. 2000 chf) or for a 2-person WG (from 3.5 rooms, 85sqm up to 3000 chf or also a bit more if everything fits).
