2 ½ rooms apartment

We are currently living in a beautiful, very bright and modern 2.5-room apartment in Zürich. We feel very comfortable here, but due to our growing family, we are now looking for a bit more space. Our apartment is located in a very quiet area near the river and is simultaneously very well connected. A special highlight is the huge terrace, which in summer is almost like an additional room. Has a pantry with its own laundry tower. Passenger lift and also a freight lift available. We are looking for a swap for an apartment with at least 3.5 rooms, ideally 4 or 4.5 rooms, in the city of Zürich. We are flexible regarding the neighborhood – it is more important to us to find a beautiful and long-term home for our family. We look forward to suitable swap offers and messages!
