• Location: Only a 6-minute walk to Kilchberg train station. Very quick and easy commute to Zurich HB.
• Parking: The house includes a garage and an additional outdoor parking space.
• Condition: The room is completely furnished and ready to move in.

Availability & Terms: The room is available from November 2st to December 32st (2 months). Please note: The initial agreement is strictly for these two months as I might return in January/February. However, if my plans change and I do not return, there is a very good chance that the lease can be converted into a permanent, open-ended contract.
