4 ½ rooms apartment

We are making our beautiful apartment available for exchange. The apartment impresses with a dreamlike view, very pleasant and friendly neighbors, as well as a quiet, mixed residential area with many expats. Despite the location close to nature, Zurich is reachable in just 17 minutes thanks to a direct train. The apartment is ideally suited for couples with max 1 child. Two of the rooms are currently not being used as bedrooms, but serve as a dining room and a dressing room respectively. The future tenant should be prepared to take over part of the furnishings.
