Room in a shared flat

The room:
The room is slightly over 14 m² in size and is located in the attic. The furniture can be taken over; the price for this is to be agreed upon with the previous tenant.

In the house, in addition to the kitchen, living room, guest room, bathroom, and separate WC, there is also a balcony as well as a fire pit for cozy summer evenings. The train station is also in the immediate vicinity.

We are looking for an open, active, and uncomplicated person who is looking for more than just a shared flat for convenience. It is important to us that people treat each other with respect, take responsibility for common rooms, and that a certain sense of order is present.
Since there is always something going on with us, we look forward to people who bring their own interests, ideas, and personality. And since Chloe, as a four-legged roommate, is a fixed part of the shared flat life, cat fans are definitely at an advantage.

To fulfill the conditions of the GJW, you should currently be in training or studies. The room is also available immediately.

We are 4 students between the ages of 21 and 26.
Jannis (Computer Science), Ada (Food Science), Lara (Electrical Engineering), and E (Chemistry). Additionally, our cat lives with us, who is firmly convinced of being the actual main tenant.
Besides our shared flat, there are two other shared flats in the same building complex (terraced houses). Because of this, there is always something going on without constantly being on top of each other. Sometimes there is a game night, sometimes one sits at the fire pit in the evening, goes to the lake, or implements an idea together. At the same time, one's own retreat is also valued.
