We are looking for a successor tenant at the latest by 16 November 2026 for our beautiful, completely renovated 3.5-room apartment in 2026 on the ground floor in Luzern.
The apartment offers 83 m² of living space, a large open kitchen, walk-in shower, built-in wardrobes, as well as a terrace of approx. 40 m². A cellar compartment, washing machine/tumbler, and lift are available. A parking space can be rented additionally. Pets are allowed.
Shopping facilities, a bakery, and a bus stop are located nearby. The Vierwaldstättersee is also easily reachable on foot.
Rent: CHF 1'879.– incl. service charges
Some furniture can be taken over if there is interest.
🐱 For animal lovers:
We have a cuddly cat named Uno, 4 years old and healthy, who also feels very comfortable here. Due to a cat allergy, we unfortunately cannot take him with us. If you are an animal lover, there is therefore also the possibility to take over Uno. He is easy to care for, house-trained, gets along with other cats, and is also used to dogs.
