Room in a shared flat

A furnished room is becoming available in our quiet student shared apartment.
You would live together with two other students – perfect for a relaxed atmosphere where you enjoy spending time and quickly make connections. The house also includes a garden that can be used communally by everyone – the perfect location for BBQ evenings and relaxed hours in the greenery.

The room is fully furnished. The kitchen, bathroom, and WC are shared and are fully equipped with everything needed for everyday life.

The location is convincing due to its good connections:
The bus stop "Kolosseumstrasse" is located in the immediate vicinity. The train station as well as the Fachhochschule are reachable in approx. 22 min. by bus, the university in around 6 min.

All utility costs (electricity, heating, internet) are already included in the rental price. Additionally, regular cleaning of the common rooms is included, which provides extra comfort.

The apartment is rented by Homestay AG Schweiz and is aimed exclusively at students – ideal if you want to live in a student environment.
