Guests can make shared use of washing machines and dryers. This apartment building is located in a very central location, just a few minutes' walk from the main station Zürich (Zürich HB). The nearest tram stop is 2 minutes' walk away, and most sights such as the Zürich Niederdorf or the lakeside promenade are reachable on foot. Despite the central location, the apartments are situated in a quiet residential area. For bookings of 30 nights or more, a deposit/damage deposit of CHF 2'000.00 and a final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00 are charged. These payments are to be made directly to the accommodation after booking. This studio is equipped with Wi-Fi internet and a TV with international channels and is therefore suitable for remote work. Optional additional services are only charged if selected by the guest and include a baby cot for CHF 15.00 per booking, a pet fee of CHF 10.00 per night, and an additional cleaning for CHF 75.00 per cleaning (a monthly cleaning is included for stays of at least 45 nights).
