• ca. 8 m2 Dachterrasse mit schönen Ausblick
• Kellerabteil
• Aussenstellplatz für PKW nahe am Hauseingang (mit 120 CHF/Monat in Nebenkosten inbegriffen)
• Eigene Waschmaschine im Bad (auch Waschküche zur gemeinsamen Nutzung im Keller)
• Kein Lift

Von der Liegenschaft kann zu Fuss der Bahnhof und das Stadtzentrum in knapp 10 Minuten erreicht werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer verkehrsberuhigten Strasse.
Die Wohnung wird unmöbliert vermietet.

• Own washing machine in the bathroom (also laundry room for shared use in the basement)

The apartment is located on a traffic-calmed street. From the property, the train station and the city center can be reached on foot in just under 10 minutes. The apartment is rented unfurnished.
