Room in a shared flat

I am renting out my furnished shared apartment room from 30.11. to 30.4., and if required and by arrangement, also for another period.
My roommate is 23 years old. An outdoor parking space can also be made available.
The room is ideally suited for someone looking for a cozy living solution for a few months.
If you are interested or have any questions, please feel free to get in touch :)
