Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a female flatmate for our shared apartment in Kilchberg. It is quietly located in a single-family house with plenty of space, a roof terrace, and a large garden. There are good connections to bus and train; with public transport or a bike, you can reach HB Zürich within approx. 20 minutes. Due to the current flatshare constellation, we give priority to FINTA persons. We would also find it nice if the new person speaks/learns German.

We are Janick (33), Lara (35), Arn (4) and Joé (32) and interested in designing, gardening, bikes, live concerts, DIY, bouldering and much more... Our living together is relaxed and we enjoy shared dinners or informal togetherness. If you ever want to lend a hand in the garden or around the house, that is very welcome :)

The room is approx. 17m2 in size, has windows on both sides, with a view of the greenery on one side and access to the courtyard on the other. The shared area of the house consists of a large living room with kitchen, a fully equipped bathroom and separate WC. In addition, there is a cellar, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as a parking and garage space.

The room is available immediately. We look forward to meeting you at a viewing!
