The apartment
In the popular Murifeldquartier, a spacious 5.5-room apartment on the first floor of a three-story house awaits new residents.
The apartment features three bedrooms as well as an open dining and living room, which create a pleasant and spacious feeling of living through their connection. The apartment has a covered balcony that can be closed off as a winter garden in winter.
The apartment also includes a kitchen as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower. High ceilings and practical built-in wardrobes give the apartment its old building charm and provide additional storage space.
The apartment has been partially renovated: The bathroom was renewed in 2022 and offers a bathtub and a separate shower. The kitchen dates from 2009 and is currently being equipped with a new induction hob and a new electric oven.
The surroundings
The house includes a spacious garden that is used in various ways. One third is dedicated to growing vegetables and flowers, another third consists of a meadow area. In the remaining part of the garden, three chickens and six turtles live. Furthermore, two cats inhabit the house.
A bicycle storage room as well as two small workshop sheds are available for shared use.
The spacious cellar is shared with another family and offers sufficient storage space. Depending on need and use, part of the area could also be designed in the future as a play, creative, or music area.
The laundry room is shared with two other parties and is equipped with a new washing machine and a new dryer.
If required, a garage can be rented for 60 CHF / month.
The house is owner-occupied and is characterized by a small, personal house community. On the ground floor, a single person currently lives, and on the second floor, a family with three children between the ages of eight months and five years.
Who we are looking for
We wish for a family with children who enjoy a lively and uncomplicated coexistence. It would be particularly lovely if the age of the children overlaps with that of our children, giving them the opportunity to spend a lot of time together, play together, and discover the garden.
We look forward to people who enjoy spending time in the garden and feel like helping to shape it on a voluntary basis – whether it be growing vegetables, planting flowers, or simply enjoying the green oasis together.
Our animal roommates are also part of the house. Therefore, it would be nice if you enjoy animals.
It is important to us that an uncomplicated, open, and respectful coexistence arises, where people support each other, allow the children freedom to play together, and can enjoy the community. In doing so, everything should happen on a voluntary basis, leaving enough space for the privacy of each family.
