Okay, we are not in the middle of Basel - but in return, you get what no city room can offer you here: around 90 m² of shared living space, 230 m² of sunny garden with a BBQ area instead of a balcony - and Basel city center is still only 15 minutes away by tram without changing.

Your room
10 m² with beautiful oak parquet and morning sun, on the 1st floor. And before you think "10 m² is tight": do the math. A wardrobe and bookshelf would consume 2-2.5 m² elsewhere - here you don't need both in the room. The walk-in wardrobe (29 meters of shelving, clothes rails) is two steps from your door, the library gallery for books and folders is right next to it. Your 10 m² belong completely to the bed, desk, and you. You can still bring your own furniture - or we can store it in the house.

Gardening together is welcome (all tools available), and for craftsmen, a workbench with all tools and machines is ready in the garden shed - there are so many, you could practically build your own house.

Who lives here
I am Michel, musician, living in the same house with a separate area (and own bathroom). Also included is a lovely, people-loving Cocker Spaniel who is happy about every new roommate.
