I am looking for a person to share a 3-room apartment (approx. 60 m²) in Via Bugaro 23, Riazzino, just 15 minutes from Locarno. From the house and the balcony, one enjoys a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains.

THE APARTMENT

Completely renovated, unfurnished
New kitchen with appliances (oven, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator)
Two bright bedrooms; the large bedroom has French doors with access to the balcony
Bathroom with washing machine, cellar and 1 parking space near the house
Swimming pool and garden available, with pergola

MONTHLY RENT PER ROOM (free choice)

Large room: 740 CHF/month
Small room: 650 CHF/month
Additional expenses excluded (electricity, water, internet/TV, snow removal), to be divided

CONDITIONS

Deposit: 2'085 CHF (half of 3 months' rent) or SwissCaution
Available immediately.
Indefinite contract, with 3 months' notice for end of March or end of September
Only applications from solvent and seriously interested persons will be considered
Residence permit B or C, or Swiss citizenship
No animals, no smokers (the apartment is non-smoking)
Respect for space, cleanliness and order are essential: if even one of these three things is missing, the application cannot be taken into consideration
