4 rooms apartment

We are a family and are going traveling for two months. During this time, we would like to rent our home to a single person or a couple who would like to settle in and feel at home here temporarily.
The apartment features one bedroom, a living and dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, as well as a separate WC. It will be rented furnished and with everything one needs in everyday life.
We are looking for a reliable and responsible person or couple who will treat our home and our personal belongings with care.
The apartment is available in January and February 2027. Upon arrangement, a move-in is already possible at Christmas.
If interested, we look forward to receiving a message with a few words about you or yourselves!
