I am looking for a female flatmate for a shared apartment in the center of Luzern starting from 1 November 2026. This offer is directed exclusively to women. Only the two of us will live in the apartment – you and I.

A spacious, bright room on the sunny side with a beautiful view of Luzern and the Old Town awaits you. It is the larger of the two bedrooms.

If required, I can provide you with a bed, a wardrobe, and a nightstand. I already have the furniture, so you do not have to purchase everything new.

76 m² living space – just for the two of us
The spacious 3-room apartment features two separate bedrooms, a shared living room, and a separate kitchen. This provides enough space for privacy and pleasant cohabitation.

The following are available for shared use:

• Living room with sofa, table, and chairs.
• Balcony.
• Separate kitchen with kitchen appliances and dishes.
• Bathroom with bathtub.
• Built-in cupboards in the corridor.
• Cellar compartment as additional storage space.

The common rooms will be furnished and equipped by me so that we can have a cozy home.

Everything important nearby

• Approximately 10 minutes walking to Luzern station.
• Approximately 5 minutes walking to the Old Town.
• A few minutes walking to Aldi.
• Gütsch bus stop, shopping facilities, and the Reuss riverbank in the immediate vicinity.
• The Gütschwald forest for walks is also not far away.

Ideal if you want to live centrally, do many things on foot, and at the same time have beautiful places nearby to unwind.

About me and living together
My name is Viktoria, I am 22 years old, I work in marketing and am building my own blog. I do not particularly like cooking, but I place great value on cleanliness, order, and a well-maintained home.

I am looking for a flatmate for whom cleanliness, mutual respect, and privacy are also important. It is important to me that we both feel comfortable at home and can discuss everyday things openly and uncomplicatably with each other.
If friends visit you occasionally, that is completely fine with me. It is just important that we are considerate of each other.

Monthly costs – fixed CHF 1’370

• Rent including utilities: CHF 1’170.
• Surcharge for furnishing and equipment of the apartment: CHF 200, corresponding to approximately 17% of the rent.
• Total amount: CHF 1’170 + CHF 200 = CHF 1’370 per month.

The furnishing surcharge is a fixed part of the agreed rental conditions and is independent of how many pieces of furniture I provide for your own room. Even if you bring your own furniture, the total monthly amount remains CHF 1’370. Please therefore plan with this fixed amount.

Move-in and viewing
Move-in is possible from 1 November 2026.

Viewings are possible exclusively on 23 and 24 October 2026 – flexible in terms of time on both days by prior arrangement.
