The listed monument tower house at Aeschenplatz in Basel is a 31-meter-high commercial building constructed in 1928 - 1929. The building, designed by the architects Ernst Benedikt and Paul Vischer, is considered today to be an identity-forming structure at Aeschenplatz. On the 3rd floor and the 4th floor (approx. 369 and 371 m2 each), we are renting out promising office spaces by arrangement. The floors are not connected to each other and are each separately accessible via two stairwells, so that one floor, for example, can be additionally subdivided and rented by several parties following a corresponding adaptation renovation.
