1 room single room

In our modern new-build apartment (year of construction 2024) in Tomils, a room (with its own bathroom) is becoming available. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the Graubünden mountains, plenty of daylight, and a quiet location. The bus stop is only 2 minutes away on foot. The price already includes all utility costs incl. internet.
A parking space is also possible for a small additional charge.

About me:
I am 27 years old, employed, and an uncomplicated, relaxed person. In my free time, I enjoy being in the mountains, doing sports, traveling, and enjoying nature. Respectful interaction and a pleasant living atmosphere, where everyone can feel at home, are important to me.

I am looking for someone who is uncomplicated and contributes to a relaxed coexistence, but also respects privacy. The most important thing is that there is a personal fit.

If you are interested, I look forward to a short message with a few bits of information about you.
