5 ½ rooms apartment

In the heart of Erlach on Lake Biel, our charming 5.5-room old building apartment is located, offering plenty of space and a special feel-good character. Since we will be traveling for a longer period from approx. 1 January 2027 to 31 July 2027, we would like to rent our home to reliable and sympathetic people during this time. The apartment is rented furnished. Part of the furniture can be cleared away by arrangement, so that there is enough space for personal items. The apartment has four sleeping places, distributed across two bedrooms, which we currently use as guest rooms. The regular rent would actually be somewhat higher. However, we would like to find someone who feels comfortable in our apartment during our trip and at the same time keeps an eye on our house plants. Therefore, we are offering the apartment for this period at a particularly attractive rental price. Living where others go on holiday Erlach is located directly on Lake Biel and combines historical village life with nature and relaxation. The lake, the vineyards, the nearby Jolimont, and numerous walking and cycling paths are practically on your doorstep. In the village, there are shopping facilities, restaurants, cafés, and everything one needs for everyday life. Whether cozy walks by the lake, cycling tours through the vineyards, swimming in summer, or excursions to nearby Biel, Neuchâtel, or into the Jura, Erlach is an ideal starting point for all who appreciate nature and quality of life.
