Our apartment is somewhat special and that is exactly what we like about it.
It is located in the industrial district of Bern-Wankdorf. During the week, it can occasionally be a bit livelier during the day. In return, the location offers a great advantage: as soon as the businesses finish work, the building becomes pleasantly quiet. In the evenings and especially on weekends, you have a lot of freedom, whether for music, guests, or a cozy evening on the large terrace.

Who are we?
We are Nik and Pablo. Music is part of our everyday life. Besides that, we like nature, animals, good conversations and a relaxed atmosphere at home. Everyone has their own space, while at the same time we value friendly and respectful coexistence.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an open, uncomplicated and reliable person who is looking for more than just a room.
Our shared apartment functions without a cleaning schedule, without a list of chores and without complicated rules. Not because order is unimportant, but because we are convinced that personal responsibility, consideration and open communication are a better foundation for pleasant living together.
We are not looking for a perfect male or female roommate, but for a person with whom living together is pleasant, uncomplicated and enriching for everyone.
Age, profession or origin do not play a big role for us. What is decisive is that the chemistry is right.
