I am looking for a successor tenant as of 16 November 2026 for my 2.5-room apartment in the central Bahnhof-Quartier of Wetzikon. The apartment on the 1st floor offers 55.8 m² of net living space. The open living and dining area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen is 27.6 m² in size and leads onto the 9.2 m² balcony. The two rooms are 12.0 m² and 15.4 m² in size. Large window fronts and electric blinds are also part of the equipment.

There is a shower-WC and a separate bathroom with a bathtub. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the 7.9 m² cellar/utility room within the apartment; a separate cellar room is not included. An elevator leads to the 1st floor. There is a small threshold at the house entrance. A parking space is not available. Pets are allowed upon consultation with the landlord.
The rent is CHF 2920.50 per month including service charges.
Note regarding the shower bathroom: A glass partition is intended for the shower, which is yet to be installed. As soon as the materials have been delivered, the landlord will have the glass partition installed and will simultaneously replace the bathroom door damaged by moisture. The exact date is still open and depends on the delivery period. Until then, the shower can be used without the glass partition. The second bathroom with a bathtub is also available. The work will only take a few hours.

The low-energy multi-family house (GEAK energy certificate AA) is equipped with a photovoltaic system and an efficient heat pump, which enables low service charges.
