Room in a shared flat

A wonderful light and quiet apartment sub let, for professionals only. Looking over fields and forest with a 40 meter terrace.

Your room is approximately 25 m² and comes furnished with bed and some storage. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished, and you're welcome to use all shared spaces, furniture, and appliances.

Living Together
I'm looking for a relaxed and friendly flatmate who enjoys a respectful and easy-going shared living environment, where everyone contributes to the everyday tasks.
I'd also like to arrange for a cleaning service to come every two weeks to clean the apartment. As the cost is not included in the utilities, it should be something we're both happy with.
Living with a male 43. I am a British guy, very easy going and enjoy cooking, film, Gym travel etc.

Shopping is convenient too: there's a Coop supermarket about a 7-minute walk away.
Parking outside can be added for 70.

Washing machine is in the house. But also larger one downstairs.
