2 ½ rooms apartment

Since I am planning a longer stay abroad, I would like to sublet my apartment for initially approx. one year, starting from mid-October.
The apartment is being rented as a 2.5-room apartment. I will require one room for my personal belongings during this time. This leaves available an open living and kitchen area, a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a bedroom with direct access to the balcony.
The apartment is basically rented furnished and fully equipped. Which pieces of furniture and items will remain in the apartment and what should potentially be removed can be gladly discussed together and coordinated with your needs.
Upon request, daily necessities such as bed linen, kitchen utensils, and cleaning supplies can also be provided, so you can basically move in with little luggage.
Everything is included in the rent, including internet, TV connection, and electricity, among others. It should be an uncomplicated and as pleasant solution as possible for both sides.
