We are renting two commercial spaces on the ground floor of the new station building, which will be constructed starting at the beginning of 2028, which are suitable for customer-oriented or alternative office uses. The areas can also be rented combined. The slightly expanded basic construction allows for uncomplicated use without a great need for further build-out. For retail uses, there is the possibility for extended opening hours (ancillary railway operation status according to Art. 39 Railway Act).
