Room in a shared flat

As of 2 December or by arrangement, a beautiful room (20 m2) is becoming available in our 4-person shared apartment. Therefore, we (Nico, 34, complementary therapist), Philipp (vegetable gardener, 32) and Nadja (social pedagogue, 32) are now looking for a new roommate of a similar age.

Located on the beautiful vineyard slope of Ennetbaden and yet only five minutes by bike from Baden station, you will find our home. We do not choose the shared apartment for practical reasons, but rather appreciate the shared, family-like living that this form of housing offers. We are well-organized and value communication and a well-maintained home. We are all employed and also on the move otherwise; that is exactly why we also appreciate cooking dinner together, initiating spontaneous garden activities, exchanging ideas after work, suddenly discussing world political events in front of the coffee machine, spontaneously building a bar for our garden party from our cellar furniture, or once again buying a few too many plants at the seedling market. We share the costs for groceries and household items for the most part. In the neighborhood, we maintain a beautiful culture of neighborliness and occasionally meet for coffee or dinner together.

We offer a beautiful house with a view and a modern kitchen, two large living rooms, a guest room and a private laundry room. On the upper floor, you will live in a beautiful shared apartment room (20m2) including your own ensuite shower and washbasin. In the garden, which we partially share with our great neighbors, we have a small vegetable patch and a seating area for a coffee in the morning sun or a dinner with a view of the Limmat.

We are looking for a communicative, reflective person with a sense of community who wants to participate in communal life. We wish for someone who is curious, open and well-settled in their own life.
