I am 21 years old and I love meeting new people and having good conversations.

Professionally, I work in the event and gastro industry and am furthering my education in event management on the side. I like being creative, always have new ideas, and love planning and designing things.

In my free time, I like reading and baking, trying out new cafés and restaurants, meeting my friends, or being outdoors. At the same time, I also love cozy evenings at home, a game night, or simply having a relaxed day for myself.

I enjoy being around people, but I also need my peace and my retreat from time to time. ✨

Ideally a woman between 20 and 30 years old who is studying or working.

It is important to me that you:

• want an uncomplicated and nice shared flat community

I am not looking for a Zweck-WG (a flatshare for convenience only), but rather a home where people enjoy encountering each other, sometimes cooking together, having a cozy movie night, or doing something together. At the same time, everyone should have their own space and be able to withdraw at any time.

A room of approx. 12 m² in a cozy 3-room apartment in Kriens (Obernau) awaits you. The apartment is shared by two people.
Coop, gym, pharmacy, and bus station are all reachable within one minute.
You can reach Luzern station in approx. 15 minutes.

Alternatively, there is also the possibility to rent the smaller children's room for CHF 650.– per month. We can gladly look together at which room arrangement suits us best.

Rental period & organizational matters 🗝️

The room will initially be rented for a limited period of 6 months. If we notice that living together works great and we both feel comfortable, I am also open to continuing the tenancy indefinitely afterwards.

A current extract from the debt enforcement register (Betreibungsregisterauszug) is required.
